1. Scope and consumer definition
This Policy explains how to return OmniPentar products purchased remotely from Xibnarexwlaxyron. If you qualify as a “consumer” under Directive 2011/83/EU (an individual acting mainly outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), statutory withdrawal rights described in Section 2 apply in addition to your conformity rights under consumer sales law. Business purchasers follow Sections 4 and 5 unless individual contracts provide broader remedies.
2. Statutory right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you acquire physical possession of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days. To exercise the right, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (email is sufficient) before the deadline. You may use the model withdrawal form in the Annex to Directive 2011/83/EU, reproduced below, but it is not obligatory.
2.1 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including outbound delivery costs at the standard rate you selected, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment instrument unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or until you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
2.2 Return shipment
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch before the 14-day period expires. Unless we offered to collect the goods ourselves, you bear the direct cost of returning the parcel when the advertised product volume makes standard post reasonable. We may deduct from reimbursement any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the goods.
2.3 Hygiene exception for sealed supplements
Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU permits Member States to exclude withdrawal once sealed goods were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. OmniPentar is supplied with a safety seal. If you break the seal after delivery, withdrawal may no longer be available unless the product is non-conforming. This does not restrict your statutory remedies for defective goods.
3. Non-conforming or damaged deliveries
If bottles arrive crushed, leaking, or with a broken seal at receipt, photograph the outer carton, shipping label, and affected units, and email us within 48 hours. We arrange replacement or refund, including reasonable return shipping labels where we confirm liability. Keep all packaging until the carrier inspection window closes if requested.
4. Voluntary commercial returns outside withdrawal
Where withdrawal is excluded because the seal was opened voluntarily, we may still authorise a discretionary credit at our commercial policy in force at the time, typically when batches are subject to documented quality inquiries. Any such offer is non-prejudicial to future positions and may require return of remaining capsules for laboratory examination.
5. Refund processing times
After we receive and inspect a return eligible under this Policy, refunds post within 5 business days to your original payment path. Banks may need additional clearing days. If partial consumption occurred contrary to policy, we adjust the refund to reflect usable quantity rules stated in your return authorisation email.
6. Exchanges
We do not operate walk-in exchanges. If you need a different batch or flavour variant in future product lines, place a new order after we process your return.
7. Chargebacks
Initiating a card chargeback without first allowing us to resolve the issue may delay investigation. We share shipment proofs with acquirers when defending lawful charges.
8. Governing provisions
Mandatory Swedish and EU consumer laws prevail over any inconsistent statement in marketing copy. For an overview of contractual terms, see the Terms of Service.

11. Proof of return and carrier choice
Unless we supply a prepaid label, choose a trackable service and retain the receipt until reimbursement clears. If a return is lost in transit without tracking, we may be unable to process a refund. For high-value orders we may require signature on delivery.
12. Partial returns and bundles
If OmniPentar was sold as part of a promotional bundle, withdrawal may require returning all bundle components in resalable condition unless mandatory law allows partial withdrawal. Promotional discounts are recalculated when only part of a bundle is kept.
13. Warranty and statutory conformity
Withdrawal rights are separate from the two-year conformity guarantee applicable to many consumer goods sales in the EU. If capsules are defective despite an intact seal, contact us under the conformity pathway described in the Terms of Service rather than the hygiene-limited withdrawal pathway.
