1. Parties, language, and store front
These Terms govern distance contracts between consumers or businesses purchasing products marketed as OmniPentar through xibnarexwlaxyron.ddd. The contractual language is English. Swedish and EU consumer protection rules remain mandatory for consumers domiciled in the European Economic Area where they cannot be derogated from by contract.
2. Product nature and regulatory status
OmniPentar is marketed as a food supplement, not a medicinal product. It is labelled in accordance with applicable food law, including Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on food information to consumers and Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims as implemented. Descriptions on this website are generic and must be read together with the label and package insert shipped with the physical product. Individual tolerance varies; food supplements are intended to supplement the diet and should not replace balanced meals or professional medical advice.
3. Eligibility and account integrity
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You warrant that information submitted during checkout or inquiries is accurate. We may refuse or cancel orders showing fraud indicators, pricing errors described in Section 6, regulatory restrictions, or stock unavailability. If payment was captured before cancellation, we refund without undue delay.
4. Invitation to treat and contract formation
Website listings, landing pages, and marketing emails are invitations to treat unless expressly stated otherwise. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email to the address you provided, subject to Section 6. Until that point, no obligation to supply exists. Pre-authorisation holds placed by your bank do not alone prove acceptance.
5. Prices, taxes, and currency
Displayed prices are in EUR (€) unless another currency is expressly toggled in the checkout interface. For consumers in Sweden, Swedish VAT (moms) is included where legally required. For consumers in other Member States, VAT rules follow the destination principle for distance sales as implemented at the time of purchase. Import duties or carrier disbursements outside the EU, if any, are your responsibility unless we explicitly state Delivery Duty Paid terms for your jurisdiction.
6. Obvious errors and promotions
If a price or description is manifestly incorrect due to typographical or system errors, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment. Short-term promotions display their own validity dates. Bundle discounts cannot be combined where the checkout engine blocks stacking.
7. Payment
We accept payment methods shown at checkout, which may include card schemes and local methods. Payment partners process card data under their PCI-DSS obligations. We receive confirmation tokens, not full primary account numbers. Chargebacks must be raised through your issuer; we cooperate with lawful investigations.
8. Shipping, title, and risk
Delivery timelines communicated during checkout are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address specified, except where mandatory national law shifts risk earlier or later. Title passes when full payment clears. If a parcel is undeliverable and returned, we contact you to arrange reshipment at reasonable cost or refund minus outbound shipping if you abandon the order.
9. Right of withdrawal for consumers
EEA consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU for distance contracts. Hygiene-sealed food supplements may fall under exceptions if opened after delivery, as permitted by Article 16(m) when the seal is broken. 10. Legal conformity and commercial guarantees
Under Chapter 5 of Directive (EU) 2019/771 for sales to consumers, goods must conform to the contract, be fit for purpose, and match the description. You may exercise remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination subject to statutory conditions and time limits transposed into Swedish law in the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932) and related provisions.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law. For other loss, our aggregate liability arising out of a single order is limited to the price paid for that order unless a higher cap is mandated. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where such limitation is void.
12. Force majeure
We are not in breach if failure or delay results from events outside reasonable control, including strikes, wars, natural disasters, pandemics, transport embargoes, or critical supplier failures. Durations extend pro rata, and either party may terminate if suspension exceeds 60 days.
13. Intellectual property
Trademarks, layout, text, and imagery on xibnarexwlaxyron.world are owned or licensed to us. You may not scrape, frame, or misrepresent affiliation. Limited copying for private offline reference is permitted; commercial reuse requires written consent.
14. Communications and proof
Contractual notices may be sent to your email on file. You are responsible for keeping your mailbox operational. We may record calls for quality monitoring after informing you where required.
15. Dispute resolution and governing law
For consumers domiciled in the EU, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are willing to consider good-faith mediation before litigation. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. For any dispute not subject to exclusive jurisdiction rules, Swedish courts have jurisdiction and Swedish law governs substantive questions, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would refer to non-EU law.
Consumers resident in Sweden may alternatively bring matters before the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) when its jurisdictional thresholds are met. ARN recommendations are not binding on us unless we voluntarily accept them, but we evaluate each file on its merits.
15a. Product communications and safety signals
If regulatory authorities publish guidance affecting ingredients in OmniPentar, we may email purchasers of record with factual updates. Adverse event reports you send are processed under procedures aligned with food business operator responsibilities and, where relevant, shared upstream under confidentiality terms.
15b. Business customers
If you purchase as a trader, Sections intended solely for consumers may not apply. Credit limits, invoicing cycles, and set-off rights are defined in separate commercial agreements or checkout terms displayed before payment. Nothing in those arrangements reduces mandatory transparency about VAT numbers or intra-Community supply documentation.
15c. Gift purchases and third-party delivery
When you ship to a gift recipient, you warrant that you obtained any required consent to share their delivery details with us and carriers. Marketing emails are sent only to the email address that placed the order unless the recipient separately opts in.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or product changes. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order. Material changes are announced on the website.
17. Severability
If a clause is invalid, the remainder stays effective. The invalid clause is replaced by one closest in economic purpose.
